Known as the Surfing Capital of the North, San Juan, La Union is celebrated for its rolling waves and vibrant coastal life. Beyond its scenic shoreline, however, lies a community where access to essential healthcare is out of reach. Many residents—particularly fisherfolk families, senior citizens, and communities from nearby barangays—continue to face challenges in accessing essential healthcare services.
In response to these needs, Bell-Kenz Pharma actively joined the LAB for All initiative in
San Juan, La Union. A brainchild of the First Lady Liza Araneta- Marcos, LAB for All, brings vital healthcare services such as free medical consultations, laboratory tests, X-rays, medicines, and vitamins directly to underserved communities.
As a dedicated KAAGAPAY sa Kalusugan. Bell-Kenz Pharma supported the LAB For All program in San Juan, La Union by providing essential maintenance medicines for hypertension and diabetes, as well as multivitamins for overall wellness of the beneficiaries.
Present also in LAB For All in San Juan, La Union were key national and local government officials : Department of Health Secretary Dr. Teodoro “Ted” J. Herbosa, PhilHealth President and CEO Edwin M. Mercado, San Juan Mayor Mariquita P. Ortega, Vice Mayor Arturo P. Valdriz, and Congressman Francisco Paolo P. Ortega V.
