Enterprise Risk and Business Continuity Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee ERM & BCM frameworks - Lead the creation, implementation, and governance of Bell Kenz’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) systems, ensuring robust organizational protection.
• Lead risk identification, assessment, and reporting - Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, and report all relevant risks—including reputational, human capital, financial, operational, technological, and business process risks.
• Act as executive risk advisor & continuity planner - Advise executive leadership on integrating risk management into key business decisions and initiatives. Develop and maintain comprehensive business recovery and continuity plans, including testing disaster recovery, crisis management, emergency response, and incident management protocols.
• Drive risk culture, compliance, and training - Oversee risk mitigation efforts, policy development, regulatory compliance, and continuity reporting. Facilitate business impact analyses and criticality assessments to guide resource planning. Lead risk‑awareness and training programs across all levels and ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 22301), government regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., risk management, business, finance); MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience in risk management, ideally within regulated or complex environments (e.g., pharma, banking, financial services, healthcare).
• Professional credentials such as CRM, CBCP, or ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management) are highly desirable—and for internal candidates, these may be waived if there's a clear plan to obtain them within an agreed timeframe.

Fleet Management- Team Lead

To lead the Fleet Management team by efficiently, safely and cost effectively manage the company's fleet while ensuring full compliance and supporting the mobility needs of both office-based and field personnel through proper maintenance, utilization, registration, insurance, and vehicle usage monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage all records related to fleet vehicles, registrations, insurance, fuel usage, and compliance.
• Oversee driver qualification, competency evaluations, and policy adherence.
• Ensure timely processing of vehicle registration, insurance claims, and incident documentation.
• Supervise and develop Fleet Admin personnel; ensure alignment with company policies and procedures
• Handle administrative tasks including orientation, team meetings, vendor invoice processing, and process improvement recommendations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years experience in Fleet Management insurance claims processing, assessment, people management, administrative tasks, LTO registration and transfers).

• General Accounting & Financial Management - Manages journal entries, liquidations, and month-end closing, ensuring BIR compliance and accurate financial records. Reviews expense validity, oversees cash advance liquidations, and recommends process improvements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination - Liaises with internal departments to secure necessary documentation and clarify financial transactions. Ensures the timely and accurate processing of expense reports, fund requests, and related accounting activities.
• Reporting & Administration - Prepares statutory and internal financial reports, ensuring full compliance with BIR regulations and generally accepted accounting principles. Supports administrative functions including new employee orientations, coaching, and special assignments from management.
• Employee Support & Customer Service - Upholds organizational values and compliance standards while addressing employee inquiries related to liquidations and expenses. Actively contributes to performance management processes and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• CPA License is an Advantage
• At least 3 years of relevant experience General Accounting and 1 year of Supervisory Experience
• 1-4 years of exprience in NGO Accounting and government compliance monitoring.
