Events Specialist

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end event production: From conceptualizing and budgeting to collaborating on creative assets and post-event reporting, you'll drive the entire event lifecycle for virtual and in-person experiences.
  • Innovate and inspire: Continuously research diverse trends and technologies to design fresh, engaging events that stand out.
  • Ensure seamless project execution: Expertly manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality events consistently.
  • Collaborate for creative excellence: Partner with internal and external teams to develop compelling visuals and secure new technologies for differentiated events.
  • Analyze and optimize future endeavors: Provide insightful post-event reports to drive continuous improvement and strategic growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or any related field
  • At least five (5) years of experience in Events Planning, Marketing, Communications, and Research
  • Preferably a Marketing Generalist with broad experience in Events Management, and Channel Marketing

Company Nurse

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all employee health concerns are properly attended to and resolved in accordance with the instructions and recommendations of the Company Physician.
  • Facilitate the timely processing and completion of all medical documents within the prescribed deadlines.
  • Manage the processing of documents related to Occupational Work Permits (OWP) and Occupational Health Certificates (OHC), including the preparation and submission of required Employee Health Reports.
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate work environment that promotes employee well-being, ensuring that employees feel safe, valued, and engaged, thereby strengthening organizational commitment and professional loyalty.
  • Coordinate and participate in scheduled medical missions conducted to support the delivery of healthcare services and promote employee wellness initiatives.
  • Prepare health modules, medical-related guidelines, and policies for employee information in relation to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) compliance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized and accredited educational institution.
  • Holder of a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, employee wellness initiatives, and workplace emergency response protocols.
  • Relevant experience in clinical, hospital, or occupational health settings is preferred; however, newly licensed or entry-level Registered Nurses may also be considered.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees, physicians, and management.
  • Preferably with certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses or completion of the occupational health and safety training required by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC).
  • Possession of current Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and First Aid certifications is an advantage.

Safeguards Company Assets: Identifies and mitigates financial and operational risks through robust internal controls.

Ensures Financial Integrity: Conducts comprehensive audits, analyzes financial data, and confirms account accuracy.

Drives Compliance & Improvement: Evaluates adherence to policies, identifies areas for control enhancement, and assesses information security.

Strategic Reporting: Communicates audit findings and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.

Adaptive Investigations: Performs special and ad hoc audits to address specific concerns or reported risks.

 

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Internal Auditing

● At least 4 years of general experience in Audit; supervisory experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date (YTD) sales targets are consistently met or exceeded, demonstrating strong sales performance and goal achievement.

Customer Relations: Deliver outstanding service and assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Business Development: Assess company performance and identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Business Management: Advocate for and execute BK programs to enhance organizational operations.

Coordination & Collaboration: Facilitate and work collaboratively with various departments to support the successful implementation of programs.
