From Demand to Deliver!

Responsibilities:

● Receive and Review Purchase Requests: Collect approved requests from the Procurement Specialist. Confirm item specifications with the requesting department:

● Supplier Engagement: Collaborate with 2–3 accredited suppliers for quotations. Evaluate based on price, lead time, payment terms and customer service.

● Prepare Documentation for Approval: Compile a canvass sheet and purchase order (PO).Submit for approval to Supervisor, Finance Manager, and Executives.

● Monitor and Communicate: Ensure timely approval of POs and notify suppliers upon project award and coordinate delivery schedules.

● Coordinate Payment Processing: Work with Accounting and Treasury to process supplier payments.Prepare necessary documents such as requests for cash advances, payments, and liquidations.

● Supplier Sourcing and Recommendations: Identify and recommend non-trade suppliers as needed.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; or equivalent training.
