All Is Wellness: Bell-Kenz Pharma Brings Ultima, Civaz to Coast Guard Fun Run

Bell-Kenz Pharma, Inc. supported the Coast Guard Human Resource Management Command’s (CGHRMC) Fun Run and Zumba Activity at McKinley Hill in Taguig City on Saturday, August 15, reinforcing efforts to promote overall health, nutrition and physical fitness among Filipinos.

As one of the event partners, Bell-Kenz Pharma set up a dedicated booth and distributed Ultima and Civaz dietary supplements to participants. 

To further expand its wellness initiatives among Filipinos, Bell-Kenz Pharma recently partnered with the Coast Guard Special Service Center (CGSSC) to feature its video series Real Talk with Dok to make health information accessible to every Filipino.

“Supporting the health and wellness of Coast Guard personnel also means supporting the men and women who protect and serve communities across the country. Through this partnership, we hope to encourage PCG personnel, their families, and all Filipinos to make physical activity and overall wellness part of their daily lives,” Bell-Kenz Pharma Corporate Branding and Public Affairs Head Patrick Larraga said.

Larraga added that Bell-Kenz Pharma remains committed to working with the Philippine Coast Guard on initiatives that promote the physical and overall well-being of its personnel.

The event brought together Bell-Kenz Pharma employees, personnel of the CGSSC, members of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary, representatives from the Non-Uniformed Personnel Affairs Office, personnel from various PCG units, civilians, and members of the PCG family.

Participants joined the 5-kilometer, 3.2-kilometer, and 1-kilometer runs, while children and other family members took part in the activity or cheered for the runners along the route.

CGHRMC Deputy Commander Commodore Christine Pauline Bergaño stressed the value of activities that promote physical fitness, morale, wellness, and camaraderie while strengthening the relationships among Coast Guard personnel and their families.

Captain Jonathan S. Serote, director of the CGSSC, also joined the activity in support of the Command’s efforts to promote sports, physical fitness, and wellness among Coast Guard personnel.

Following the runs, participants joined a Zumba session that transformed McKinley Hill into a lively fitness space for Coast Guard personnel, families, and guests.

On behalf of Bell-Kenz Pharma Corporate Branding and Public Affairs Head Patrick Larraga, Public Affairs Manager Anna Leah Poteet Morales received a certificate of appreciation from the CGHRMC for its invaluable support to the conduct of the fun run and Zumba activity.
