Bell-Kenz Pharma Inc. representatives donate a mobile X-ray machine to the physicians of Eva Macaraeg-Macapagal National Center for Geriatric Health
In a significant move to enhance healthcare services for the elderly, Bell-Kenz Pharma Inc. donated a mobile X-ray machine to the Eva Macaraeg-Macapagal National Center for Geriatric Health (JRRMMC Annex). The donation, which took place on February 6, is valued at PhP 4.5 million and underscores Bell-Kenz Pharma’s commitment to improving access to quality healthcare for Manila’s aging population.
The mobile X-ray machine is designed to bring diagnostic services directly to the bedside of patients, alleviating the need to transport vulnerable elderly patients across the facility. This not only enhances patient comfort but also significantly reduces the risk of injury associated with patient mobility. By catering to up to 150 patients daily, the machine is set to drastically cut down waiting times, improving the efficiency of medical care and diagnostics at the center.
This donation is part of Bell-Kenz Pharma’s broader initiative to partner with healthcare providers to ensure that the elderly receive the care and attention they need.
